This year has suprised us with a very wet winter – with rains still falling on April 21. For nature lovers and hikers this has been a blessing. A blaze of flowers has covered not only the mountains of the Galilee but also the slopes and dry riverbeds of the Negev and the Judean Desert. Water holes, that have been empty for years, are filled to the brim, and the riverbed are a myriad of color. The Passover edition of ERETZ Magazine includes a list of sites to visit especially this spring.
